For the safety of everyone attending Freedom Fest, weapons, picnic tables, furniture, fire rings, swimming pools, wheeled carts, wagons, air pressure type sprayers or squirt guns, kegs, bongs, funnels, metal flag poles, chaise lounges, portable carports/tents, video cameras, fireworks, 4-wheelers, golf carts, coolers, and water balloons are prohibited on the grounds. Chairs are only allowed in the GA lawn area.
All prohibited items will be confiscated.
Throwing beer cans, or any other objects, will result in arrest and possible felony assault charges. Persons engaging in violent or unruly behavior will be immediately ejected from the Freedom Fest grounds and may be subject to arrest.
No refunds will be given for those found in violation of these terms.
